At The Emporium Barber we strive to only offer the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and unused, complete with any original tags and in original packaging. 

All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Faulty Goods

The Emporium Barber stands behind each product we sell. We regularly test products, ensuring they stand up to our high levels of quality and consistancy standards. Unfortunately on rare occasions it is the case that product faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at 'email'

Shipping 

We use Australia Post to ship all physical products. Our shopping cart accurately calculates the cost of shipping at the point of checkout.

Please allow 7 – 14 days for Australia Post to deliver your goods within Australia.
